To ensure quality property management is affordable for every association, VERA offers multiple management fee structures to suit your budget. We offer a traditional fixed rate structure as well as two variable rate structures that benefit associations with fluctuating revenues due to high accounts receivable. Regardless of which fee structure best suits your association, your community will benefit from our All-In-One Management Fee. For associations that do not require a full-service management company, we offer consulting services to assist your Board of Directors with project management, policy drafting, Florida Statute compliance evaluations, self-management considerations and more.
