"I am writing to you today about Amanda Smith. We received a call from Amanda at approximately 5:30 PM to let us know that a water pipe had broken and our unit, which is on the third floor, was completely flooded. The water then travelled into the unit on the second floor and then to the unit on the first floor. Thereby flooding three units. I am happy to report that because of the way Amanda handled the situation, the damage to the units was minimal. She arrived as soon as possible, and took care of things calmly and extremely professionally. Amanda should be commended for her efforts that were above and beyond the call of duty. Amanda worked with all the parties involved and was extremely helpful in organizing the professional restoration company. She assured tenants that everything would be taken care of and really kept the situation from escalating to a higher level. We were very fortunate to have her help with this incident."
